The project featured a fully custom-built retail activation incorporating curved architectural elements, integrated lighting, branded display features, custom joinery, and high-end finishes tailored specifically to the Victoria’s Secret brand aesthetic.

Fast-Tracked Event Construction & Installation

One of the major challenges of the project was the accelerated production timeline, with the complete activation designed, fabricated, and installed within approximately 10 days.

The installation was completed across overnight works within a live shopping centre environment, requiring careful logistical planning, staged transport, and rapid on-site assembly to minimise disruption while maintaining premium presentation quality.

The activation was fabricated from Leighton Builds’ fully equipped Bayswater workshop using CNC manufacturing systems, precision fabrication techniques, and custom-built components designed specifically for efficient transport and installation.
